Swedish Henley Alumni Association

Swedish Henley Alumni Association (SHAA) is the Swedish host organisation for alumni activities of graduated MBA:s from Henley Management College. Consisting of some 120 members, SHAA is one of the largest MBA alumni networks of Sweden.

The main purpose of SHAA is to:

  • actively promote and facilitate a living network among members
  • contribute to the members’ careers and professional roles by provide competence building, stimulating and career supporting events
  • be a good ambassador for MBA:s in general and Henley Management College and its MBA graduates in Sweden in specific

The long term ambition is that SHAA will become a strong brand in the Swedish business environment. Except from the known brand, the organisation should provide an air of exclusivity through its network hosting a natural flow of career- and competence development opportunities the facilitation of establishing new contacts as well as its internal promotion of job and assignment opportunities. The network should also be an important source for knowledge, support and advice.

To extend the value of the SHAA network, SHAA is also a member of SIBSAN, Swedish International Business School Alumni Network. This organisation is a larger network, including MBA:s of schools that are, along with Henley Management College, among the most well known and highest regarded business schools in the world. www.sibsan.se

Still a young organisation, the above long term ambition is a work in progress, but always in need of new engaged members. The organisation is divided into local organisations on Gothenburg, Malmoe and Stockholm driving the local events.
